Registration Information may include, for example, name, email address, gender, zip code and birthday.<\/p>\n Public Information and Posts<\/strong> consist of comments or content that you post to the BTN Services and the information about you that accompanies those posts or content, which may include a name, user name, comments, likes, status, profile information and picture. Public Information and Posts are always public, which means they are available to everyone and may be displayed in search results on external search engines.<\/p>\n Premium Video Subscription Information<\/strong>. If you elect to purchase a Premium Video Subscription product (e.g., BTN+) (each a \"Premium Video Subscription\") through the BTN Services you will be required to provide personal financial information, including your credit card information, billing address or other payment information (collectively, \"Personal Financial Information\") through the Payment Services, full name, phone number and shipping address in order to purchase such BTN Services. At the time of purchase you will also be required to select your Premium Video Subscription type (e.g. Conference Pass Monthly or Annual or School Pass Monthly or Annual). Your Premium Video Subscription will be automatically renewed and the credit card you used to subscribe for such Premium Video Subscription will be charged per the billing cycle of your selected Premium Video Subscription (e.g. Monthly or Annual), unless you cancel the Premium Video Subscription prior to the renewal date of your Premium Video Subscription.<\/strong> If you have any questions about canceling your Premium Video Subscription or our refund policy, please refer to our Terms of Use.<\/p>\n Activity Information<\/strong>. When you access and interact with the BTN Services, Company and its service providers may collect certain information about those visits. For example, in order to permit your connection to the BTN Services, our servers receive and record information about your computer, device, and browser, including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. If you access the BTN Services from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device, or other transactional information for that device. Those other parties may also use these technologies, along with activity information they collect, to recognize you across the devices you use, such as a mobile device and a laptop or other computer. In some circumstances, their use is governed by the privacy policies of the parties using such technologies. We may supplement the information we collect with information from other sources, such as publicly available information about your online and offline activity from social media services, advertising technology companies, advertisers, commercially available sources, and information from our Company Affiliates or business partners.<\/p>\n Depending on your interactions with us, BTN may not have collected information from you for each of the categories above.<\/p>\n 'Do Not Track'<\/strong>. At this time we do not respond to the 'Do Not Track' signal, as we await the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how the 'Do Not Track' signal should be interpreted.<\/p>\n We may use and disclose some or all of the information we collect from and about you for the purposes listed below. Please note that these uses and disclosures may vary based upon your interactions with us.<\/p>\n To provide the BTN Services<\/strong>. We use information we collect from and about you to provide the BTN Services. For example, to process your request to view certain authenticated video content through the BTN Services, we may need to share information about you with your designated television content provider and\/or our third party service providers in order to authenticate and\/or authorize you to view authenticated and\/or localized video content through the BTN Services.<\/p>\n To provide co-branded services and features.<\/strong> We may offer co-branded services or features, such as contests, sweepstakes or other promotions together with other companies (\"Co-Branded Services\"). These Co-Branded Services may be hosted on BTN Services or on that other party's service. By virtue of these relationships, we may share information you submit in connection with the Co-Branded Service with that party. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. There are certain service notifications and other non-promotional emails that you may not opt-out of, such as notifications of changes to the BTN Services or policies. If you have installed a mobile app and you wish to stop receiving push notifications, you can change the settings either on your mobile device or through the app.<\/p>\n To share with our BTN Affiliates.<\/strong> BTN may share information we collect from and about you as described in this Privacy Policy with BTN Affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable and consistent with applicable law.<\/p>\n Updates to Privacy Policy<\/strong>. BTN may modify this Privacy Policy.
